Retreat Schedule:
All activities are optional

At any point during the retreat, but especially during the free time sessions, you can wander around the stunning 7 acres of land surrounding the centre, enjoy a relaxing massage/treatment or sauna. 
 

Friday:

  • 3pm Arrival, Sauna & Cake,

  • 4pm Welcome Circle

  • 6pm Supper

  • 7:30pm Evening Yin Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra with Nicola

Saturday:

  • 7:30am - 10am Breakfast

  • 8am Morning Yoga with Nicola

  • 10am Coaching Session with Olivia

  • 1pm Yummy Lunch

  • 2 - 4pm Free Afternoon & Relaxation Time/sauna/walks /massages

  • 4pm Creative session : Vision Board

  • 5:30pm Nutritional Talk by Florence on How to balance your Hormone and Nervous System with food.

  • 6pm Dinner

  • 7:30pm Kirtan - a concert of sacred music and song with Elise

Olivia Seck
Your Retreat Host

Inspired coach, eternal student and teacher of woman wisdom, mother of 4 and havening practitioner, Olivia has supported women and families for over 2 decades, especially through transitions such as pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

​

Having recently retired from her birth work and training holistic doulas, Olivia now focuses mainly on her practice as a Matrescence/parenting coach and havening practitioner.. She still offers healing birth trauma sessions as this is still something she is deeply committed to. 

​

In 2011,  she founded and still co-runs Radiant Mama (formerly the Totnes Holistic Birth Hub) a Devon project that offers info, emotional and practical support and education, as well as fostering a community of parents – all on a donation basis.

 

Being a woman and a mother has been a deep exploration in her personal and professional life.

 

Her intention now is to share what she has learned and offer her presence and the tools she has gathered along the way, in service to women, families and a more peaceful and loving world.

Nicola Percy

Yoga Teacher & Photographer

Nicola Percy of Lotus Yoga Bristol has over 20 years of experience in teaching yoga and wellbeing, offering a range of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and yoga specifically for Peri & Menopause. She is dedicated to sharing the profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga, now supported by clinical research, and creates a welcoming environment that promotes self-knowledge, vitality, and peace.

 

Nicola’s yoga journey began in her twenties with Iyengar Yoga, where she developed a strong foundation in safe alignment. As her practice evolved, she explored the fluid sequences of T’ai Chi, Qigong, and Buddhist meditation, integrating these influences into a seamless flow. In her forties, she focused on Vinyasa and 8-limbed Hatha Yoga while living in a Yoga Community in California, which further enriched her teaching style.

 

Now based in Bristol, she continues to deepen her love and understanding of yoga, encouraging her students to work harmoniously with their bodies from the inside out. Through mindful, breath-based practices, Nicola helps cultivate flexibility, strength, and emotional balance, creating a nurturing space for personal growth and healing.

Elise Kamala Premanjali

Sacred Music Artist

Elise Yuill Cohen is a Sacred Music Artist, Yoga Teacher and Women's Empowerment Coach and guide with over 30 years of experience in spiritual practices and healing arts. She will be blessing us with a concert of sacred music on Saturday night. 

​

Drawing on a deep connection to Eastern wisdom traditions and Western therapeutic approaches, Elise supports individuals in reconnecting with their true essence. She specialises in body-mind awareness, meditation, and emotional healing, creating safe spaces for profound inner transformation.

​

Elise’s work integrates a wide range of modalities, including Yoga Nidra, Shamanic healing, breathwork, and trauma release. Her compassionate approach helps clients release emotional blockages, heal past wounds, and awaken to deeper levels of self-awareness and peace. Whether through one-on-one sessions, workshops, or retreats, Elise facilitates journeys of healing and personal growth that empower individuals to live with greater joy and freedom.

At the heart of her teachings is a commitment to fostering a loving, conscious connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Elise is passionate about supporting others in cultivating balance and harmony in their lives.

Florence Seck

Founder of Deliciously Nourished

& Nutritionist

Florence is a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach specializing in holistic hormone health.

At the retreat, Florence will offer her specifically designed yummy hormone-nourishing menu that also calms the nervous system, enhancing energy, mood, and gut health. She will also give a talk on holistic hormone balance, offering practical strategies for incorporating these changes into daily life with ease.

 

Her wellness journey started at 13 when she experienced severe period pain that she eventually healed through the transformative power of food. This personal experience led her to train in biomedicine and nutritional therapy to help other women facing similar challenges.

 

For the past three years, Florence has run a successful online clinic, where she observed the significant impact of stress and nutrition on women's health, as well as the difficulty of integrating these practices into busy lifestyles.

 

She also leads the Deliciously Nourished membership, which provides meal plans, recipes, and stress-relief practices to support sustainable wellness.
